The challenge

Ufficio Traduzioni offers professional translation services, a field where users arrive on the site with a precise need and little patience: if they don’t find the answer straight away, they leave. Before intervening, reliable data was needed on how people moved between pages, to understand where the journey broke down.

The strategy

Working with the Ufficio Traduzioni team, we analysed navigation data to identify friction points in the funnel, meaning the pages and steps where users abandoned the journey. On that basis we carried out targeted Technical SEO work and a content restyling driven by search intent: each page was re-read by asking which question was bringing the user there, and how to answer it clearly.

The result

We achieved an average bounce rate close to 0% on most pages. The figure shows that users not only find what they are looking for, but actively engage with the professional translation services on offer.

How to read this figure

Bounce rate is an engagement indicator and should always be read alongside other signals, such as quote requests and organic ranking. In this project it is the most immediate sign of a job well done: content aligned with what users are searching for and a navigation path that leads without interruption to the services.
